Abstract
"The present research endeavors to understand the level of placement of students studying in government and financially supported higher secondary schools. Based on a survey method, the current research focused on equity considerations. For the purpose of data collection, 100 students from Class 11 in government and financially supported higher secondary schools in Modinagar were included. A.P. Sinha and R.P. Singh's School Placement Schedule Test was used to measure the students' aptitude for placement capacity assessment. T-test analysis was employed for data interpretation.
