Abstract
There is a large system of education in India from primary education to higher education. In a pluralistic and developed society like India, equality and Quality of education is two important topics in a globalized world. Without a good teacher at the school level the quality of education Retention is inconsistent and that is why the teacher has an important place in the traditional history of India. Teacher has an important place in making education meaningful and in increasing the quality of education and making it accessible to all.Because teacher is the heart of the school system. It is clear that there is a definite trend of privatization of higher education in India. The Government of India is obliged to make allocations for the development of primary education and to provide free and compulsory primary education. The direct result of this is low investment in higher education. Private institutions should be encouraged to start commercial institutions but it should be ensured that private institutions are not commercialized.Entry of private institutions reduces the burden of the state in providing higher education. Before the private sector enters education, the government should establish a controlling body so that commercialization of education does not take place.
