Abstract

Moral & Human value in higher education encompasses the development of students' intellectual, ethical, and social qualities. It involves fostering critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and interpersonal skills. Higher education aims to not only impart knowledge but also to nurture personal growth, social responsibility, and a sense of purpose. By emphasizing human value, institutions strive to prepare students to contribute meaningfully to society, adapt to a changing world, and lead with empathy and integrity. The importance of human value in higher education lies in its role in shaping well-rounded individuals who are not only skilled professionals but also ethical and compassionate citizens. By integrating human values such as empathy, integrity, and social responsibility, higher education institutions aim to prepare students to tackle complex global challenges, contribute positively to their communities, and lead with a sense of purpose and moral clarity. This holistic approach enhances both personal and professional development, ultimately leading to a more equitable and just society.
