Abstract

In many facets of business, including human resource management, digital transformation has become an unavoidable phenomenon. In order to effectively accomplish organizational goals, the use of digitization in organizations necessitates a focus on improving human resources’ abilities and expertise. Another issue facing the globe is sustainable development, and this study investigates how digital transformation impacts HRM practices. This article looks at the potential difficulties encountered throughout the implementation process as well as the significance of digital transformation in enhancing the efficacy of human resources. Digital transformation makes it possible to automate a number of repetitive tasks, including managing employee data, paying salaries, and providing benefits. This greatly lowers the amount of manual labour and the possibility of human error. Furthermore, the use of technology like artificial intelligence and data analytics makes it possible to make data-driven decisions more quickly and intelligently, as well as to hire people more effectively.
