In times of uncertainty and disasters, access to sufficient financial services is considered a major obstacle for communities. By utilizing technical advancements in the finance sector, such as mobile banking and digital currency transfers, in conjunction with legal frameworks and backing from the government, financial services might be made available to individuals who do not currently have access to basic financial needs. Fintech (financial technology) appears to play a key role in improving India’s financial inclusion in many ways. The objective of this study is to give a conceptual understanding of how FinTech promotes financial inclusion in the post-pandemic environment of India. It identifies important regulatory measures that are necessary to achieve this objective successfully. This study employs a descriptive research methodology, utilizing secondary data from credible academic publications, sessions from respected associations, and reports from trustworthy government sources. The dataset includes information on digital transactions, technology use in the Indian banking sector, and FinTech’s impact on financial inclusion post-COVID-19. The study also provides a brief overview of future directions for improving India’s FinTech scene. Essentially, the study concludes that post-pandemic FinTech development and transformation will benefit the economy and affect all users.
